The ground floor comprises a large living room/lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed + 1 x 90cm bed) (2 x 90cm twin beds + 1 x 90cm bed), each with its own private shower room and separate private WC, and an additional separate WC. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a relaxation area (games, books) and 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with its own private shower room and separate private WC. Wifi internet access.
Outside: 2 private terraces (garden furniture) and a stone barbecue area. Shared with another gîte and the owners: large enclosed garden with swimming pool (5x10m) open from 1 May to 30 September, heated by geothermal energy and enclosed by a safety fence, children's play area, adult bicycles (baby seats available), rowing boat available (life jackets).
