Spacious 50-square-metre studio accommodating 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Kitchenette, private bathroom and toilet.

Ideally situated opposite the canal and the Vélo Francette cycle path. You can park your car and bicycles in our garage. We are just a few minutes’ walk from restaurants, the historic Vaugueux district and the city centre.

We’d be delighted to welcome you and share our love for the city of Caen. We’re situated at the foot of the Abbaye aux Dames, which you can admire from your room. You can follow in the footsteps of William the Conqueror by visiting the castle and the Abbaye aux Hommes. You’ll discover the local cuisine at the harbour market on Sunday mornings. There’s direct access to the sea via the cycle path that runs past our house. We’ll offer you a breakfast tailored to your tastes. I’ll be delighted to let you try the homemade jams I’ve made myself. We look forward to welcoming you!

Our house is situated on the William the Conqueror trail, between the Abbaye aux Dames and the castle. You can enjoy a wide choice of restaurants just a few streets away in the historic Vaugueux district.

The cycle path leading to the sea runs right past our house.
