Your choice of room: Loire side, wood side or view of the Tour de Trèves.
This recently-built house is nestled in the middle of 6,000 m² of parkland, with a flower garden and a large wooded area, where you can catch glimpses of roe deer, hinds and other woodland inhabitants at dawn and dusk.
On the terrace facing the Loire, you can watch all kinds of birds, migratory or otherwise, and in particular a family of swans that have made their home between Trèves and Cunault.
Which room will you choose for your next stay?
The 28 m² "Layon" room is on one level, with parquet flooring and a private terrace overlooking the woods. King-size bed that can be made into a twin. Additional single bed available on request. En-suite bath. Sleeps 2 to 3 people.
The 20 m² "Aubance" room, also with parquet flooring, is on the ground floor and offers a view of the Loire. Sleeps 2 with king-size bed. Italian-style shower.
The 25 m² "Bourgueil" room, located on the first floor, offers a view of the magnificent Tour de Trèves. It has a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra bed for 1 person available on request. Italian-style shower. Sleeps 2 to 4.
All rooms have a fan and courtesy tray with kettle for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. Private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries.
Ideally situated on the GR3 and La Loire à Vélo/Le Vélo Francette itineraries, on the banks of the royal river, between Angers and Saumur and a stone's throw from the superb Tour de Trèves. In the heart of the Petite Cité de Caractère of Chênehutte-Trèves-Cunault.
Anne Rerat also offers a table d'hôtes, by prior arrangement. After a day of sightseeing (there's no shortage of things to do in the area!), or just relaxing in the lush greenery, Anne Rerat will be delighted to serve you a delicious meal made with local produce purchased locally.
